Chamomile
Gentle, floral, perfect before bed. I find that this tea can vary largely dependent on the brand. Some are almost indistinguishable from slightly flavoured hot water, and others have a rich, soothing taste that lingers pleasantly.
These are the teas that accompany me through proofs, typing, writing, reading, problem sheets, and peaceful evenings:

Like a hug on cold days; perfect for elevensies with a small plate of biscuits beside. This cuppa actually tastes like chocolate digestives, and is lovely with milk. The way that the flavour and smell of a good chocolate digestive is replicated in this tea is so nice.
Both are lovely, and usually I have one or the other every day. Earl Grey is distinctive and refreshing; Empress Grey offers a brighter, more citrusy twist on the classic. Not for everyone, but I enjoy them both.
When I need to sit down and really savour a cup, I would reach for this. It is tricky to describe the flavour, but it has the strength of classic black tea, with a sweetness which comes from real banana chips. It sounds odd, but works so nicely, I would strongly recommend it.
My steady go-to for a caffeine break or after a meal. I can never have too much of this tea, it refreshes and soothes, perfect in winter or summer.
